Standard UK delivery is FREE on all online orders.
We deliver all items Monday to Friday, 9.00am-6.00pm (although some of our carriers may deliver slightly earlier or later). We do not deliver during weekends and public holidays
All our items are posted via courier within 2-5 working days.
£4.95 Next day delivery - any orders placed by 12pm (midday) will be delivered the following working day (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
Please note, if using the DPD collect option, order dimensions must not exceed 60 x 60 x 60 cm (or one KNOMO bag).
Products may be sent out from multiple locations and therefore may arrive separately, but you won't incur additional delivery charges as a result.
We can't guarantee delivery within our usual timescales to a small number of remote rural areas.
Sorry, but we don't deliver to BFPO or PO Box addresses
Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure, for example to a communal postal address. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible
On rare occasions, some items may be delivered outside the published timed windows.
Delivery Charges vary by country and are calculated and displayed during the checkout process prior to payment.
Northern Ireland/Channel Isles/Isle of Man Delivery
Standard Delivery is FREE on all online orders.
Orders placed during Monday-Friday are usually delivered within 3-5 working days. This service is subject to availability and excludes premium delivery services. Unfortunately we are currently not able to offer weekend delivery.
Small items such as iphone cases, iPad mini cases, purses, Smartphone and tablet cases are posted using Royal Mail Delivery within 3-7 working days.
Large Items such as sleeves, Bags, and Luggage are dispatched with a courier within 3-5 working days.

Delivery can take up to 10-15 days, although further delays can occur due to custom procedures.
Delivery charges are dependent upon the destination country and size of purchase, appropriate delivery charges will be shown at the checkout once the relevant country has been selected.
Bags are shipped via international couriers and will need to be signed for. Delivery of iPhone cases, iPad Cases, laptop sleeves, tablet cases and other small items are shipped using international recorded mail services.
Some places are easier to reach than others and so some patience and extra cost might be required. If your shipping country is not on our list or a delivery charge is not shown, please contact us before placing your order.
