WARRANTY

In the event that you find a material or workmanship fault under normal use (not including general wear and tear), within the first year of purchase date, please email us with a copy of your proof of purchase. We will endeavour to repair or replace the item with the same or comparable item.
Warranty will not be honoured if the item has been mistreated in accordance with the care guidelines.
CEEQ Bags are warranted to the original owner for 365 days from the date of purchase. The warranty covers any and all parts of the bag that may need repair due to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. CEEQ's obligations hereunder are limited to repair or replacement at its option. CEEQ is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages, and any recovery may not exceed the amount paid for the bag. Any claim made under the above warranties directly with CEEQ will involve you returning the defective goods to us, at your expense. CEEQ will cover the cost of returning the repaired or replacement product to you.
